1. Description of Service

Sacred Tithi provides digital tools for Vedic timekeeping (Panchang) and spiritual guidance through an AI Mentor. These services are provided "as is" for spiritual and educational growth.

2. AI Mentor Disclaimer (Guru Module)

• The AI Mentor cannot provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, sexual, legal, or financial advice.
• The AI Mentor is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, lawyer, or emergency services.
• We do not guarantee the spiritual "purity" or total accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• Users are encouraged to use their own discernment (Viveka) when following AI-generated spiritual suggestions.
• You remain responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of AI-generated responses.

3. Accuracy of Calculations

While we use high-precision astronomical algorithms for Panchang calculations, slight variations may occur based on the Ayanamsa chosen or specific regional traditions. Sacred Tithi is not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on these calculations.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

We accept payments via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
— Subscriptions purchased through App Stores are governed by their respective refund policies.
— Subscriptions purchased via direct gateways are subject to the local laws of the merchant's jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer the Panchang algorithms, "jailbreaking" the AI Guru to bypass safety filters, or using the service for any illegal activities.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the Sacred Tithi community.
